Kim loves to be a stay-at-home mom and feels blessed to be able to spend her days with their daughter, Ellie. She loves to watch Ellie grow and develop, learn new concepts, and experience adventure, excitement, and happiness.
Kim's most favorite things to do with her daughter are reading books, gardening work outside, going to parks, baking cookies, going on trips, playing "babies" or "princesses," and laughing and being silly.
Being a mom is truly Kim's greatest joy in life. Kim has a strong love and passion for being around children and teaching children, and is excited to be a mom to more children someday.
While Kim and Todd were engaged to be married, Kim spent the summer at Brighton LDS Girl's Camp working as a Camp Counselor (summer of 2005). It was an AMAZING summer and one that Kim holds very dear to her heart. Working at Brighton instilled within Kim a strong love for nature and God's creations, as well as a knowledge of God's love for all of His children. Kim remembers being taught by her mom that "There is good within everyone. You might have to look harder to find it with some people than others, but it is there, and we should find it."
In the summer of 2006, Kim was awarded her Bachelor's degree in Early Childhood and Sociology. Kim has loved teaching Head Start and, since having Ellie, running a small preschool in their home twice a week with Ellie.

Kim loves to be outside in nature, jogging with friends, going camping, boating, tubing, hiking, and fishing. Kim loves to make crafts with friends and always has a project going on. She loves to make healthy food for her family. She also loves to bake, and is known for her yummy snickerdoodle cookies. She has found a passion for photography and loves to take pictures of her daughter and for other people. Kim also loves to laugh, play Just Dance on the Wii, go out with family and friends, garden, travel, and explore new places!

One of our favorite family activities is to go boating together and spend time at a family cabin!
We also love to spend weekends together making yummy food, going swimming, playing games, and having cousin sleepovers!
